I ordered a first time the soap, I thought it was perfect. I saw a promotion for the 3 articles for 48 euro so I took the cream, disaster! I had red patches on my cheek, itching. It's been a week and the patches are still there. I strongly advise against this product!

I do not recommend this company. I placed an order on the site. 8 days later still no order received. I sent an email to cancel it, having found an offer on vinted. No reply to my e-mail. 2 days after my e-mail, I decided to call to cancel my order. I'm told I'll have a return within 24 hours. 2 hours after my call, pin up secret shipped my order...

The product is satisfactory, the customer service is not. After placing an order I received the wrong product by mistake, so I reported it. 2 solutions were proposed to me 2 weeks later after several exchanges: - 50% on the next order - sending a return label Result, after almost a month I still do not have the product I ordered because I did not have time to rectify their error. Too bad the customer service is not top notch. I like the product but I didn't like this last experience, I'm not sure I would recommend.
