My order was stolen

I did not receive all the items I ordered, I was missing one.

I usually order on pin up secret either on my account or on my sister's account. No worries until now and there I wanted to treat myself by testing the mist in addition to a complete pack and surprise no mist. The customer service told me that given the weight there was everything or another item but no. The weight that I weighed is not good compared to the one received (new items inside). No return or commercial gesture to reorder. Very disappointed knowing that since 2019 I recommend the products to everyone. I will add my opinion on customer service from now on.

Fan for several years, I ordered a pack with a free accessory to choose from, I chose the box for the soap I received the brush .... Too bad.

Notice to asthmatic allergy sufferers. Do not use pin-up secret products. It is not written anywhere that their products contain essential oils. When I used the soap once my breathing stopped, I felt a burning in my throat and I said an asthma attack. I reported this to their customer service as I was asking for a refund as I feel that the consumer should be informed of the risks. I still bought 70 euros worth of products. They don't want to refund me, no commercial gesture on their part. When I told them that all the ingredients did not appear I did not get any answer from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry because too few people minimize allergies but in some cases it can end badly. I put one star to validate my review otherwise I would not have put any.

No response from the service

The products are great. Usually no worries with the delivery of my packages. But for this one product error, I'm waiting for an answer to my email to know what to do...

Even 5 for the products, but there pouch not present that a brush already had 2 fs. In short, not very happy

The soap is top notch as always, I love it. But the cream is really rotten, it leaves residues on my face like little lint...

The soap is very good and the cream very pleasant. I am just revolted to see a brand that makes such a good product to go put a UV filter that we do not even know the index but which is classified dangerous ⚠️ and carcinogenic! This is really shameful!

Used for a week I have extremely fragile skin at the first application the soap had dried my skin but with the force of use I have the impression that the effect fades less tingling when washing with soap waiting for the results

15 days late and not even a commercial gesture

I ordered from this site because of an influencer "ad". It's not the first time I try to trust their products sales and I feel like it's the second time I've been tricked.
