This is not my first time ordering but my last experience was disappointing. I'm not talking about the quality of the products which I love, I'm talking about the customer service. On my last order, I was missing a product. I immediately reported it. I called back a week later. It's been 10 days and I have no answer, no refund, no return. Disappointed.

Nothing to say about the delivery, which was fast. First try of pin up secret products and I am quite disappointed, I do not like the consistency of the exfoliating care, it rinses badly and leaves a feeling of greasy skin.

Customer service non-existent the fault of Covid, it has good back Covid! Disappointed with this order. The packaging of the Secret de Velours body cream was poorly done and not verified with the shipment of the order. The result was that the cream was spilled into the bubble wrap. I am waiting for a discount to be able to place another order; the delay to get a promotional code in compensation is still long (I have been waiting for 4 working days). I hope to get at least 50 or 60%. As for the other products, I'm fine. I would like to point out that this is not my first order at Pin Up Secret and that it's the first time it happened to me.
