I wanted to tell you that I was very disappointed with the reception of the package and especially with the plastic added inside. I buy solid to not use all these plastic bottles anymore, and stop filling my garbage cans unnecessarily. I let you see in picture the quantity of waste received for only 1 product. I buy solid soaps elsewhere and I receive them in an adapted box, without any plastic and their state is impeccable. Moreover you add a plastic around the soap which is itself in a cardboard box! Unfortunately, I question the natural side of the soap that has been in contact (how long?) with this plastic very tight to the product. It's a shame, I don't think I'll order from you anymore

I love the soaps, but I have the impression that you have changed the components because the soaps do not have the same effect on the skin as the previous ones.

Hello, For this time, a problem with my delivery (the package would have arrived damaged so could not be distributed to me. Even though I was waiting for the soap I ordered because my son had finished his, I waited. But what I think is a pity is that I had to contact them again to find out where the 2nd shipment was following this incident. Thank goodness I called because it still wasn't sent back... This order was not the best experience... When there is a delivery problem, at least make sure you check the tracking of the order you are supposed to send back.

After a mistake on my order, I found their solution not very commercial. I still received the right product in the end but I was disappointed.

Phenomenal pimple outbreak while my skin is perfectly adapted to the criteria of the soap and much too expensive this product is not a treatment as the influencers like to sell it to us.

Fast delivery! Perfecto soap! For the cream without oil very good smell but at the opening the cream was pasty.

Package received without delivery notes just the products left inside. No coupons to encourage a new order. The instructions of a product are written in German, no translation. Obliged to go on the site to understand. Otherwise, the products smell good and have a good texture. I am not convinced by the peeling, the soap is good and the precious cream is good. Second time for me. Big mistake on the oil free cream, it was before in a bottle where we lost 1/5 of the product. Now the bottle is not reusable and the pump is null, heavy bottle.
