Ordered on february 25th. Package still blocked at the post office on March 9. No refund, no sending of a new order, no commercial gesture. I have to wait 15 working days for the post office to deign to answer. It is therefore the customer who must suffer the consequences. SAV has to be improved.

On the other hand the product does not keep its promises at all, I had an irruption of buttons like I never had before, it's very red buttons super swollen and itchy ... But beware I bought this product because someone uses it and she never had a problem. It simply does not correspond to my skin, although I do not have a problem skin .... I ordered the soap with goat milk and the cream without oil, already the soap can not be suitable for everyone since it is made based on essential oil so pregnant or breastfeeding woman pass your way. Apart from that the soap seems very effective, for a sensitive skin do not leave it on. And very good note on Yuka. The cream with its composition is to flee! Especially do not put that on young girls !

I have been prone to eczema since I was a little girl, having seen the ads for this product, I decided to try it. From the first application, red patches, almost burned, and irritation, I renewed the experience twice to give the product a chance, but it was catastrophic and I had the same problem again. Order received quickly! Satisfied with the goat's milk soap, although it dries my skin, it is necessary to moisturize the skin afterwards. I have not yet tested the precious cream but I am very satisfied with the soap. Disappointed because it's been 2 times that I receive a jar of cream, where the cream has run and dried on the edges of the jar. Not good.

The order was received without a hitch but the precious cream closes very badly. I double-checked what I ordered and the packaging I received is not at all consistent. Some friends have the same cream with another packaging too so I don't understand. In any case it's a struggle to close this plastic cap that screws on the wrong way.

My skin has become very dry, I look twice as wrinkled even though I moisturize my skin well. Red patches appear after using the soap and the so-called gentle scrub has damaged my skin even more. I trusted the reviews I bought but for the moment my skin is worse than before, although I only had a few spots that I wanted to get rid of. If I could have returned your products and gotten a refund I would have done so.

I don't know if it's due to the soap or the oil-free cream but it burned under my eyes, patches on my cheeks and spread between my eyebrows. Disappointed because it looked like top products! I am pregnant maybe the products are not suitable for pregnant women because it is the first time that I react like this!
