I have been a customer of pin-up secret for almost a year. I like the products but I am disappointed with the customer service, I have sent several to report that I was charged by pin-up secret 2 times the sum of 70.85€ for a single package. The service responded by telling me that they were sending my request to the appropriate department. Since then I have not received any information. Shared for now. Out of 3 orders, the first one was pretty good, the second one was a disaster. I never received my package which was sent to a relay 30 km from my home. The only time I was able to go there I was told that it was picked up by someone else.
