The seaweed mask stank and the customer service department ignored all my messages even though I placed an order for over 80€. I am outraged

I've been using the soap for a week now so I don't know what to say

Both masks dehydrated my face

I only liked 1 out of 3 products

We don't always get an answer on Facebook, and as last time there was an oversight for a product, I think a small gift would be nice, a gesture from you for this inconvenience.

I received my order and quickly! For the soap, I have only been using it for 3 days and I'm waiting for 15 days to decide.

Great smell and really works! But a bit expensive for a soap...I take back 2 stars for the price

I have been using the goat soap from pin up secret for a week now and frankly I am starting to get a little result. I will give you my opinion after a month of use and thank you very much for your seriousness

I had boron and irritation

Not bad, but I prefer other products

It gave me red spots I don't understand why

I ordered a boxed set and would have liked to receive a box with the products and not the separate products! Poor presentation

Products with bad components

Very good, however I took the precious cream set I should have tested the one with the oil free cream. Because I still have a lot of acne and eczema.

Top but very expensive

Very bad product that burned my skin

The soap is great, I've already noticed an improvement, my complexion is even and the spots are less and less visible. On the other hand, the peeling and the oil-free cream are, for me, useless.

Very good natural products as far as the soap and the precious cream are concerned. I suffer from eczema since I was 13 years old and I don't have any more on my fingers and face since I use these products. With a mixed skin it was not easy to find products adapted to my skin and I was more than fed up with using products for atopic skin full of petrochemicals (like Aven or A-Derma) or using cortisone based cream which is bad in the long run. So thank you pinup and please never change the formula of these products. On the other hand, I have a big problem with the formula of the hand cream I ordered and yes, the presence of Butylphenil methylpropional is to be avoided because it is irritating, allergenic and a potential endocrine disruptor! Frankly I don't understand how you can offer natural and quality products and put that in a hand cream. So I remove my eczema with soap and I irritate my hands with the cream... it's the snake that dies its tail!

Having psoryasis, in just a few masks I already notice a difference on my skin. I hope it will improve in the long run

Delivery too long

Damaged article, impact in the soap Flexible packaging not adapted. Soap to be offered, it is therefore impossible

The package takes too long to arrive and the soap does not work miracles for the price

Finally expensive product for little result with very little hindsight. The soap dries the skin. The moisturizer is sticky.

Honestly it changes almost nothing

I am satisfied with the goat's milk facial soap but dissatisfied with the customer service. There was an error in a product delivered (wrong fragrance) and the solution they offered me was to reorder with a 40% discount knowing that I already had this discount when I ordered. Therefore, if there is a delivery error, the customer must keep the product even if it is not the one ordered. This is unacceptable.

Quality products and fast shipping of orders.

Package received on time. I tried the goat's milk soap (mask). Not enough time to tell if it has any effect and I'm not a fan of the smell. Very expensive for soap ....

Disappointed with the delivery, the delivery man didn't even bother to ring the intercom while I was at home. I had to make arrangements to pick up the package because the post office hours did not coincide with my work hours.
