Good quality products but when you stop the product you find a not very beautiful skin. A little bit expensive for my taste.

My order took longer than expected to arrive.

Products used for less than a week. I have the impression that my skin is well cleansed but I would have thought that the creams would have been a little more nourishing.

Hello The only negative point is the delivery only at the post office! A real ordeal then to get it back !!! Because of that I won't recommend it anymore on your website ....

Product error on delivery. After-sales service contacted but only solution is to send back the wrong product to receive the right one (attention no protection packaging so product opened and touched before discovering that it was not the right one, will they use it for someone else?! Very worrying) or 50% discount. Namely that they sponsor a thousand influencers who already give 40% on the whole site. In short, it's up to the customers to make every effort, to print the return slip, to repack and to queue at the post office because of their mistake... and all this to send back a product that I opened, touched and closed but it doesn't show because there is no protection on the product so I didn't want to do that for the future buyers who might receive a product already opened and I don't plan to spend more than the 70€ already spent. In short a lot of marketing and sponsoring but no gesture towards the paying customers to repair their errors.... otherwise for the products I would post an avi after some time of use.

There's a persistent chemical smell on the soap. The brush is not as soft, as noted in the comments. Moreover, I can't use it to make a mask with goat milk. 8€ per brush. I don't understand. I must not have received the right products.

Disappointed because I ordered a box for a gift and I received my creams without a box.

for the moment I'm glad, it has a very good smell but I would have preferred it more neutral.

I didn't receive the right box set (obviously I received the less interesting one)! And the after-sales service sends me back to the carrier. Very disappointed!!!!

The products are pretty good, just disappointed with the service (a little bit my fault but the commercial gesture could have been done anyway) I placed an order for 3 products (which corresponded to a box in fact, when we ordered this box there was a product offered. It's only once the order was placed that I realized it and when the package arrived no products were offered ... 😒 otherwise the goat's milk soap is very good to use.

The soap smells so strong that I can't keep it in my bathroom/bedroom. This chemical smell scares me when I put this soap on my skin.

Product received a short time ago so I am not able to evaluate the products. On the other hand, delivery time is very long, if I would not have bothered to contact customer service no information on the tracking of my delivery. On the other hand they are fast on the payment.

Products received quickly, I have been using soap and oil-free cream morning and evening for a week now and for the moment I don't see any real change.

I received an order with the box open and some products missing. I immediately contacted customer service by email. I have indicated that I took several photos, I even kept the box ... The answer is surprising: the package is weighed before leaving the warehouse, turn around against the post office. I hope the package was complete! They didn't even try to get more pictures or more details and preferred to answer "you're on your own !" I'm sorry, but this is not serious at all. And to top it all off, they send from an email address that we can't reply to. I'm extremely disappointed in customer management!

I had already tried goat's milk and it worked very well but this time the soap gives me pimples!!!! While my skin was fine.

No proper packaging, I received my package in bubble wrap, I would have preferred a nice box. The goods weren't even wrapped either. Otherwise the products are effective.

It's taking a while for me to get my package in.

It's not the first time I've taken. But the last one's not bad, and the goat soap's great.

I like the product but still results

For me this brand is mainly a publicity and marketing coup. From the first week, big pimples appeared on my face, my skin being however normally without imperfections.

I ordered the oil-free cream for the second one, I received a cream that did not have the same smell, texture, or feel as the first one. Customer service who does not want to hear anything while I compared my cream with that of a friend no report so I would not recommend much damage because real favorite on my first oil-free cream order.

I've only been using it for a week, but so far I'm happy with the soft, less granular skin feeling.

A little disappointed with the products. The exfoliator is a bit coarse-grained and leaves an unpleasant film on the skin. Soap dries the skin.

Daily use in soap and mask once a week. Appearance of pimples, dilated pores. I will not recommend this product.
