Hello, I have received my order but one item is missing.

Random delivery

It took me 4 and a half months to receive my package and it was returned to sender and I still had to pay the return shipping costs. I find that unacceptable.

High price and I use since August 1, 2020 these products mntn and I am them no change I would wash with a normal soap it would be the same

I'm afraid the precious cream I ordered got hot in the relay point. The texture is very liquid and dries out my skin very much, as if I was only putting on water and it lacked moisture. The appearance is a rather transparent liquid with lumps of cream. I don't think this is normal and I'm terribly disappointed to have paid for a product that was not insured when it was delivered/stored at the relay point offered by Pin Up Secret. Notice to other consumers: DO NOT ORDER IN SUMMER, YOU RISK TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. I would like to try to recommend this cream with another delivery point but I can't risk throwing the money away unless the brand makes a commercial gesture to me and takes into account the heat wave that is not always well provided by delivery services. As for the mask soap, always satisfied, this product is top! I highly recommend it, it works miracles (even for sunburns that it soothes).

The goat's milk soap is great, the peeling I don't see any difference and the cream without oil I find that we don't have the impression of having put cream on, no effect.

Parcel never arrived and no response from customer service

I love this soap, it made me get rid of my daughter's acne pimples, but the only downside is that at a certain point you don't see the results anymore, except that the soap is very good and very big and lasts a long time.

Some remarkable changes in my skin. For the moment, no "outrageous" results, apart from the smooth complexion effect. The sizes are also very small... You should take the products twice to make sure that all your pimples, skin problems, spots, etc. disappear. Don't forget to mark your house or street number so that you don't have to pay shipping fees again like I do :)

The products are good but the price is much too high. Even with the promo codes, there are no more discounts at 50°/.

Some products are good for the skin like goat's milk soap, for others some components do not seem to be good for the skin.

The pump for the oil-free cream doesn't work. Customer service suggests that I cut the nozzle??? Customer service sucks, especially since I told them it was for a gift. Given the price, if I can give you any advice, run away !
