Unfortunately I have not received my order! I can no longer order because my address as such is not being supplied, I would like to know why. Where they should have delivered my order does not exist. I think this is a great pity!

This time my parcel took a long time to arrive and instead of being delivered to my home it was put in a relay point without my agreement. The products are still very good. I'm always satisfied with the soaps and creams. The peeling is really great. I'm a little disappointed with the shampoo, which doesn't suit me.

Very satisfied with your products (cream and fluid soap). Delivery time and quality very good. A small problem with the glass bottle for the fluid, which has become opaque (previously transparent), making it difficult to see how much is left in the bottle.

Great soap, but not the box which is huge and unattractive and would have deserved to be used for transport too. Prompt after-sales service, but it's a shame not to be able to return if unsatisfied.

I didn't order anything! It's all nonsense! It's a scam! I get charged and on top of that a parcel that I never came to pick up! And I don't know how someone could have picked up a parcel in my name without my ID and receive an e-mail about how my order went? It's a scam!

I'm sorry but I'm very disappointed by the turmeric soap... I use the white one and have never had any problems, but the orange one was a disaster 🤦‍♀️ Once I used it, a few hours after a skin reaction, I got red pimples all over my face... Around the eyes etc. So being pregnant, I panicked and went to the emergency room to be reassured.
