I am half satisfied with my purchase...... I was able to take back my pin up secret soap which is top and the radiance booster soap 😊✨️ On the other hand I was enthusiastic about staying there cream without oil but the pump doesn't work....devoir deviser and take the cream with the stem 🙁😟 Would you have a solution? All in all I really like the brand and the products are topissimes

Burns under the skin! First degree excruciating pain for 48 hours to the point of going to the emergency room and it was not allergies but the toxic and carcinogenic components of the product.

The order was not sent to the delivery address I specified! Customer service is completely incompetent. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered to the correct border parcel address as stated.

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and have still not received my package. After several exchanges with customer service, nothing has happened. I am only ever told that I have to wait and that everything is being processed. What a shame as I paid via Paypal and really wanted to try the products.

As I've only been using my product for a week, I can't say much about it yet. I really like it so far, except that I have really tight and dry skin after using it. But my night cream takes care of that and I don't notice any more. I would buy it again and again.

Unfortunately, I never received a final email when the shipment was received at the parcel store. My account still says "dispatch". In the meantime, I have determined that the shipment has been returned to you. As I said, I have not received an email to pick up the parcel. The last time I received an email, it said that the parcel would arrive in 1-2 days and that I would receive another email. Too bad, I would have been very happy about the shipment. The soap smells too intensely of lavender for me. I also find it difficult to handle because it is so thick. In addition, the shipping is totally inconvenient for me. To a packing station or something like that. I can't yet say exactly how the soap will affect my skin. I haven't used it long enough for that. Nevertheless, I would rather order somewhere else than from Pinup Secret. I wasn't convinced by it.
