The products suit me very well, but the oil-free cream I ordered when I press the button the cream doesn't come out, there's a malfunction on the button. I have to unscrew it and take it from there, which is very inconvenient. Otherwise, I'm fine with the other products.

I tried the goat's milk soap and it's true that it cleans quite well. My little pimples are still there from time to time, as they were before the soap, but I feel that my skin is clearer and less dry.

I received a cream and the pump doesn't work

I've been hearing about pin up secret products for a long time now, and I was expecting an almost miraculous product... But it wasn't the case, the cleansing soap, I'm a bit disappointed by the smell and it dries out the skin a lot for me and the turmeric mask, I used it only once and it burned me, very unpleasant sensation of heating after 2 minutes and several hours after removing the mask and rinsing well and a few days later I peed, sign of "burn" I would not recommend!

After receiving my order, I threw the box away thinking it was complete. When I took stock, I realized that two products were missing. Because I didn't take any photos of my parcel, which I opened, I can't get any satisfaction. I don't see why I have to send a photo of an opened parcel. This company's vietn mistake.

I'd love a loyalty card to get more discounts or gifts.

Very good product for my skin

Top products. Notifications for shipment tracking very confusing, so that the collection of the shipment can quickly be missed.

I can't really rate the product yet. I've been using it for three days now but there's no difference yet. The delivery, however, was a disaster. First it could not be "delivered" and then after four days it was simply stuffed into the letterbox. And then it was left hanging halfway out of the letterbox so that anyone could have taken it

Responsiveness ++ for parcel dispatch. On the other hand, after-sales service is neglected and almost non-existent for returns. That says a lot about the motivations of this company, which must be very profitable ...

Due to an error at Pin Up Secret, the delivery address was not transferred correctly and the parcel did not arrive. After lengthy contact, it took more than five weeks for my order to finally arrive. The communication was not good, standardized and without an apology.

Three shipments were sent, each one was lost, the fourth was delivered. Anything can happen, especially in the run-up to Christmas, but the communication and support from Pinup was a disaster! No concessions, no goodwill or refunds. I waited over 2 months for my order.

The returns process is an act and not at all customer-friendly. If you swear by your product, it is also possible to send it back with less effort and at a lower cost. Always read what you can expect, here the ingredients didn't fit at all and through experience reports, unfortunately read too late, nothing at all for sensitive skin.

Miserable communication.

Two of the three products arrived with damaged packaging. The make-up remover even had half of its protective film open. It is questionable how long the product will now keep, as I cannot of course determine when the protective film was partially removed (the product can only be kept for 12 months after opening). The face cream has leaked and the container is sticky as a result. I suspect that I received a product that had already been opened and returned by another customer. I was so outraged that I forgot to take a photo of everything, which means I am now unable to request a refund. All in all, I bought and paid for 3 expensive products, 2 of which were damaged, opened and some of which have already leaked. Never again!

Disappointed to have contacted the customer service for a defect on a product and I was not solved.

I received my parcel on time, only the oil-free cream "button" where you press to take out the cream gets stuck all the time. I have to press it several times to keep it straight. It's annoying all the same.

Always very happy with the products, the only negative point is the delivery time.

I did not receive my parcel and I have requested a refund as soon as possible.

When transferring the money again for shipping, Paypal was no longer offered as a transfer option, direct transfer was offered but did not work. Unfortunately, this delayed the whole process.

Customer service and Instagram unprofessional and I was blocked. Shipment was sent way too late and never arrived. Was threatened with a lawyer. A pure disaster.

I regret having ordered! I am missing a jar of precious cream and moreover I received the jar of cream without oil empty and taped tel a tester! I'm outraged that the after-sales service did nothing because the weight of the package was taken by the carrier!
