I was sent an item twice. I felt it was too much effort to send the wrong item back to get the item I actually ordered. I have now opted for the voucher code but would have liked the item I actually ordered to simply be resent.

No stars, more than dissatisfied! I complained and only got an email back telling me how to use the scrub ! Peeling is extremely bad and bites into the facial hair!

I bought the peeling mask, cream and soap. The soap dries my skin out a lot. Too strong, unfortunately I can't use it but the cream and mask are a dream

The delivery was quick and everything was included. I expected the face cream to be a little richer. My skin feels dry afterwards. The tonic is nice and plump

Unfortunately, I only received 2 out of 3 pieces from my last order. So far I haven't received my missing part and it looks like Pinup is just going to leave me out of it too

Since I have ordered and the order is completely somewhere else and I have not gotten my money back I am not satisfied because I have given the address correctly and you have sent it wrong.

I think it's mean, because I ordered on 22.10.2024 and only received an email 2 weeks later that part of my order was not available. And I still have to wait at least until probably 15.11.
