Products already ordered, very satisfied! Only downside: the packaging for the oil-free cream isn't ideal, as the shape at the end of the bottle doesn't allow you to collect all the product. Packaging closer to that of the precious cream would be (in my opinion) more interesting.

Package not received and awaiting your return. A dispute has been opened with you to find my package which was in 3 relay points and they did not have it. Waiting for your return as the amount has been debited but I still have nothing.

I received my order with a faulty product (no labelling, black dots in the cap and the product had leaked during transport, with photo). I asked for an exchange and was told that I could still use the product (which I obviously wouldn't). I'm still giving it 2 stars because I'm satisfied with the rest of the order.
