Very good product, however I am disappointed not to have received it with a nice card or in a nice package given the craftsmanship of the product.

Very soft, satisfying product

In spite of the containment, sampling carried out immediately after the order, 1 month to finally dispatch the order. Mails sent never had a return. This is the last time I order

Quality products, fast delivery and in good condition ;-)

Fast delivery despite the circumstances (CoVid-19). I've been using some PinUp Secret products for a while now, and I must say they are quite good. I've had a lot of skin problems (acne, eczema, dryness, oily) and the goat mask as well as the oil-free cream and the precious cream have been a good help. I clearly have fewer pimples, the skin is less oily, and when it is too dry, I simply apply the precious cream. I'm not a big fan of the smell though, but that's just a detail. I had tried pealing and scrubbing, but I don't validate more than that. Not a big fan of both the textures and the results. But that's just my opinion! I have friends for whom these are two little treasures of beauty.

Unacceptable! I'm well aware of the crisis we've been through, but... It took me more than 1 month to receive my package knowing that orders placed after mine arrived in a few days I am very disappointed and would not recommend it anymore.

The products are of good quality however Order 2 batches and receive only 1. That's a limit. I had to restart and wait 10 days for an answer with a simple excuse and without any gesture from pinup. 1 month to have my products paid 200€ is not great. Morality so that the order pickers don't make a mistake, you have to make one order per product!

Not too bad products that don't break bricks. A lousy customer service, really unworthy of the price of the products. I will never recommend the brand to the community.

Allergic to the product for disappointed "magic" products

Unfortunately I was scammed the first time and I lost 37 euros because a site passed itself off as you I think some communication could have been made. All the more I warned your team who didn't even give a promo code or advantage to compensate for the damage. Disappointed

Fast delivery despite the situation, the products smell good and give a very soft skin. The first week a few buttons came out but nothing serious, I let time for further results.

I've been using it for over a month and I'm delighted.

The soap is great but I don't really like the night cream and the peeling that smells too chemical.

Because I missed a product in my order that I'm still waiting to receive.

I would say that I received it in time (I didn't count) nickel-packed with all the products I ordered.

These are good products, I'm not disappointed with my order, but we don't talk enough about the smell of soap which is very strong (I guess the tea tree).

Received the box but the oil-free cream bottle does not dispense the cream The cream remains at the bottom of the bottle.

Very pleasant soap to cleanse the face. Once you try it, you can't do without it !!!! The cream completes the product. Very satisfied

I've been testing for two weeks and the soap seems very good For the cream it's a bit early.

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP. I am very happy with the products but I would not place any more orders because the customer service is terrible. Sincerely

Quick delivery, I like the smell of soap and dry oil... Since 1 week of use I already see some changes, my skin looks clearer, and my imperfections fade and are more discreet. The little less, it remains its price...

You try it and then you can tell how your skin reacts. But to know what is good for Bertrand can be bad ... so don't judge a brand on opinions and don't make my mistake I had the impression that it was the product because influencers have a track record they all say the same thing about the product or you can see that they are lying because all skins are different and a product does not act the same from my skin to the skin of the other! I speak with sincerity I have nothing to gain the brand does not pay me and to be even more I would test the rest to give you my opinion but as I said the reaction of My skin is not there your so it is to be taken into account but not listen to these people who follow a roadmap!
