I placed my order 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order. DPD only tried to deliver the order once, after closing time, at the NKD store. After that it probably went back to the seller. Unfortunately, Pinup Secret has not sent a new order and is in contact with DPD. Unfortunately, they have 30 days to respond. Really annoying. Paid for the goods and still have to wait weeks for my cream. Very dissatisfied with the process.

After using it for a few days, I'm satisfied, to be seen over time.

I did not receive the entire order. (Offer of the two-phase secret that was indicated) Customer service didn't want to know anything.

I bought the goat's milk soap, the solid mask and the oil-free cream. I'm satisfied with all the products. The cream smells great and is so pleasant! However, I don't like the smell of the goat's milk soap. As for effectiveness, I've used it for a week and I wonder if my skin hasn't looked better since then, with fewer fine lines. To be seen!

Good product

When I received my order, I was missing a product I had purchased (set of secret teint précieux soap with soap box, but soap box never received). I wrote to customer service who never replied... Very disappointing experience.

The shipment from France was made quickly on the same day. Delivery was scheduled for one week later by DPD and was advised to take place between 12 noon and 1 pm. At around 1 p.m., the DPD shipment status showed the message that the shipment could not be delivered because nobody was present at the destination address. However, two people were present in the house and the doorbell rang! I then received a message the next day saying that the parcel would be delivered to the DPD store "shortly" and that I could collect it there after another notification. It then took another 2 days before I was able to collect the parcel. My criticism is not directed at the PIN UP SECRET products, but at the German delivery partner DPD, which is perhaps not the most reliable partner.

Since I've been using the soap, I've had lots and lots of pimples appearing on my face. I normally have a blemish-free face, so I bought it to use a "quality" soap.

Delivery time far too long. It was supposed to arrive within 5 working days, but it only arrived after 2 weeks.

Unfortunately the make-up remover was spilled

I haven't been testing the products for long but they are very pleasant. Unfortunately the shipping was a disaster! I will never order anything there again, I paid extra to have my package delivered directly to my home, of course this didn't happen!!!! Money is gone and I was able to pick up the package kilometers away from a store. I have also written to customer service and have not yet received an answer. Very annoying!

I didn't receive my order and I don't know why. I would like a refund or to return my order.

The parcel arrived at the wrong address

I have received part of my delivery, the other part was not ordered by me. I would like to send it back but unfortunately I have not received an answer as to how I can go about receiving my other part of the delivery.

Easy to use, before showering for example. Fast results, immediate healthy-glow effect, no tightness. Be sure to wash your hands after use, as it stings the eyes, which is a shame for a face mask. A great discovery for me, who likes simple, effective products.

The solid turmeric scrub soap is really top-notch.

My order has still not arrived for two weeks and unfortunately I am not receiving any updates on the order status

I am absolutely not satisfied with the customer service. And I wouldn't order from them again.

No I am not satisfied, I did not receive my package.

My order is missing 2 items. So I followed the procedure to the letter: photo of the items received + photo of the parcel from all angles + photos of the label which I sent to the contact email address. 5 days later no news... so I logged on to the site and made another request. I got a response from an automatic e-mail that wasn't personalized at all, asking me for the photos again because customer service hadn't received them.... I sent them back and since then no more replies.... so the experience has been nil, customer service doesn't meet expectations and takes you for fools... working in customer service myself, I'm really taken aback by this way of doing things... Pin up has therefore lost a very good customer as this was my last order.

My order was delivered to the wrong place for the 2nd time

I received a faulty delivery and unfortunately have not yet received an answer from Pinup as to how the problem can be resolved. Therefore totally dissatisfied !!!

Delivery was simply made to a pick-up store, although payment was made for doorstep delivery. There was no response to an email.

The goat's milk soap and the turmeric soap are great products 👍 ! I was just surprised at the very small size of the turmeric soap 🤔, too small for my taste .

I started 3 weeks ago, no difference and I'm losing as much hair. Oil in your ingredients too.

very disappointed with your products, i have written to customer service because after using your products i had pimples and a burning skin for several days. i have sent photos to customer service as i am requesting a refund.

I received my order, I sent you a message because there is a problem, for 10 days and I have no answer.

Parcels are only sent to your home for an extra charge and not to a parcel center even though you already pay the shipping fee. Other retailers also manage this. The self-set password of the customer account is sent in plain text to the stored email address, ergo presumably also stored. Security is subterranean, just wait for unwanted things to flutter in via this address. The product is very good, but I was asked about the shopping experience.
