I had an acne flare-up I've never had before because of this product. I stopped using it, and I only use homemade products now. I don't think this product is for black skin. I believed it because my skin was clearer but in the long run the disaster? my face is horrible now.

I have never received my package I tried to tell pinup secret but at first he did not want to help me because the post office had written that my package had been delivered an order of 89€ almost water so I sent a lot of mail to pinup secret service to ask for a refund of my package which is totally normal given that I never received it today with more dry comments it finally decided to open a dispute a few days ago of that. I sent an email 3 days ago to ask where it was I have no answer from them by ... I do not find it professional at all I can understand that the health situation affects a lot but he is forwarding his customers and I was not followed even if I lose my money in the wind ... now I'm waiting for their return from where it may be and I hope to be reimbursed.

I wanted a refund on 2 products I ordered because I am allergic. I didn't open the products I just read the ingredients on the box and I was refused a refund.

I've been using secret pin-up for 2 weeks now, I only took the goat's milk soap. So my skin has improved even though I still have some pimples but I think I need to take some time with this soap haha! However my skin is not so much of a problem so I was still expecting more results?

Excellent product, but the price is very high. I found the same soap on Ali express cheaper but the delivery is so long it's a shame.

I find it very expensive for what it is. Soap is great, yes, but peeling is zero. After trying it twice in a row because I doubted it was dead skin indeed the second time the same. Impossible to lose so much dead skin in 10min it's just the product that makes this dead skin effect when it dries.

Delivery a little late because of the covid, I like soap, it lathers well, the only downside is the packaging is a plastic envelope I would have preferred a small cardboard. Otherwise I remain a customer
