Pleasantly surprised by the soap for the moment I'm rather satisfied despite the fact that it makes some small buttons but I saw that its arrival has a lot of people and that with time it leaves. It smells good and doesn't make my skin feel tight in the long run for my brown spots! Fast delivery overall I recommend it.

The place of delivery in the neighbouring commune was imposed on me whereas I am not motorized In the parcel the products were not in their individual box which were not unfolded: the bottles on one side and the boxes on the other The bubble wrap was in a ball in a corner In short the parcel was BACLE

I find the site not interactive enough. I received my package with a little delay and I'm very disappointed with the packaging I find that there was no effort of presentation and those despite the price of the products.

In one box, several nickel products except for a jar of cream which had come out of its packaging half torn and without a seal. I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

I strongly recommend pinup in 2 weeks even if you don't see that the soap works more bcp of stain and pimple the pimple starts from a smooth skin and closed pore
