I used to like this site very much, unfortunately since my last order nothing is going well anymore. Half of my products were open and I sent a message on messenger, they answered me quite quickly but did not offer anything and did not apologize. Also with my last goat milk soap I had two reactions, my skin was burnt, although I've been using this product for 2 years now. It is only when I use the new one that I have a reaction, the dosage is probably wrong.

I ordered 2 products from pinup secret. The first, goat's milk soap, perfect as usual. The second product is an Oxy-Mineral Mask with Bee Wax. The problem is that it was really leaking in the packaging, which is a great pity... I am a bit disappointed to have received this product not well enough packaged. But the quality is there, it's just a shipping detail... That's why I'm removing a star.

I ordered my soap on October 27th and finally got it today, October 15th! I'm not at all happy that you put the postal address in a Neighbouring city and not the one I chose! And it's been 10 days that I've been running between the post offices to find out where my package is! Congratulations for a shipment that should only be 48 hours!

The products are of very good quality, however the delivery time is not the one indicated on the site. 1 week delivery time instead of 24-48h according to Pin-Up Secret. It would be good to change your information so that you are not surprised by the waiting time for receipt of the package. Thank you!

I've been using the goat's milk soap and the precious cream for about two weeks now and frankly you can see results quickly. I have oily skin with a tendency for acne. Since I've been using the products my face is no longer shiny and my skin is clearer. For the moment I don't have pimples anymore so I recommend the goat's milk soap and the precious cream.

Great product. I use it to fight my acne and it works perfectly. I have no more pimples after 3 weeks of use. Nevertheless the old acne scars are still visible but much less than before thank you pin-up.
