Very good site, but poor delivery.

Truly satisfied with the products, we are informed in real time of the status of the order. I strongly advise, the results on the skin are visible.

I ordered the goat's milk soap + the precious cream, I will give 5/5 to the soap that makes mask it's great. On the other hand the cream is great too but it's a pity that we can't put some on the whole face (around the eyes, it is recommended not to put some as it contains essential oil of tea tree). Apart from that the products are of quality

I am conquered, I have been using the goat's milk soap morning and evening for 3 months now and twice a week as a mask + the peeling once a week and the precious cream every evening. I don't have ANY more pimples that get infected (the big white pimple cracks). Delighted!

The PinUp Secret products are truly quality products. On the other hand, the same cannot be said of the team and the after-sales service. During my first 2 orders, the selected relay point was not respected and my parcels were delivered contrary to my request. Today, I'm asking for home delivery, which is not at all convenient for me as I work and given the very light hours of the post office ..... It's always a pain to be delivered and to get your parcel back. In addition, my precious cream had been opened and was in bad condition. In spite of my emails and photos, no feedback from customer service. The products are great as long as we can pick up our package at the requested place and in good condition!

I love the smell of peeling !!! And oil-free cream not tried soap.

I've had tight skin and pimples. The cream is mega thick and the scrub doesn't erase anything.

Great products! The goat's milk soap seems to be effective and the oil-free cream has a soft texture with a good scent on the skin. I'm waiting to see how effective it is because I'm just starting to use them.
