delivery time a little longer than usual but order arrived well, well packaged and complete.

I have not received my package after 3 weeks and unfortunately no feedback after I contacted customer service. I hope I will still be helped and that this is an isolated case!!!

-It took 14 days from order to delivery, this was already my fifth order with Pin up Secret, the shipping time was much shorter for all previous orders - now the biggest disappointment, my delivery was not complete, of 3 ordered Crème sans Huile only 1 pack was delivered to me! I contacted the customer service on the day of delivery via the contact form on the website and described my problem. You have to be patient for 4-5 days to get an answer, meanwhile 6 days have passed and I have not received any feedback! I paid for the ordered goods in advance via Paypal, but have not received a refund for the items that were not delivered to me! My worst buying experience with Pin up Secret so far. I am extremely disappointed!

Shipping takes too long

Hello, the soap burns my eyes. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought it. What a pity :((

I read a lot of reviews and am always pleased when they are correct. I am absolutely satisfied with these products. I searched for a loooong time (for years), but nothing could ever help me. Until I saw the goat's milk soap on Insta. Of course, it varies from skin to skin, but it was really worth it for me. The only downside is that I can only ever buy it when an influencer advertises it. I can never get it myself. But it doesn't matter, it also gives you a discount.

Very mild soap with a pleasant scent

I ordered from Pinup Secret for the first time and unfortunately, based on my experience, I'm not thrilled! At first I found it very strange that you have to pay an extra €2.50 to have your order delivered to your home, but you don't have to pay this fee if you collect it from the delivery service provider. I have never experienced this before. As a customer, you are not given any tracking information. My order was supposedly dispatched on April 24 and finally arrived on May 7. Until then, I had tried to contact customer service in every possible way to ask about the whereabouts of my products. The numerous messages I sent via the contact form remained unanswered, and unfortunately a telephone number stored with Klarna is not assigned. After the parcel arrived yesterday, which I no longer expected, I received a message saying that I could see that the parcel had been delivered. Conclusion - unfortunately neither customer- nor solution-oriented and I hope that the quality of the products, which are praised in all social media, is more convincing than the non-existent customer service.

I simply cannot tolerate the goat's milk soap and have already written to customer service twice within two weeks to return it. I just don't get an answer. What a shame, a wasted purchase!

Hello, I would have thought to have more goat's milk in the products, so far my skin has no reaction. I love the fragrance of the products

The products are very good quality. I love the oil-free cream with the UV filter, it's perfect! Unfortunately, the cap doesn't fit on the bottle... not very practical to carry around...

I always have to go to the parcel store because you simply don't send to my address. I've also tried the contact form but I haven't heard back either.

I am very satisfied with the products. However, I have contacted them 3 times in writing, unfortunately until today no answer received.had the question why I have to pay shipping, although the value of goods more than 50 euros fraud.pity!

Since I have been using the soap, my skin has improved so much.

Not good customer service! Received a completely wrong delivery. Had to drive to a DPD drop-off point to send it back. My delivery was only sent off when I proved that I had returned the wrong delivery. It was a gift, so unfortunately it was too late and I still don't have my order. I have not received any compensation in the form of a product or voucher for the extra effort. Good customer service looks different. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately, I didn't tolerate the soap at all. I've never had any problems with my skin, I've always been able to tolerate everything and have never suffered from blemishes or spots. Unfortunately, this is now different after using the cream! I have developed a bad rash and severe blemishes! I am very disappointed.

Good products! I just think that the packaging could be reduced.

The products are very, very good, the website or the ordering process is more optimal and I don't think the discount structure via influencers is so great...

Super fast delivery Very happy with the soap I don't see the difference on my prau but then the oil-free cream is just super very pleasant the packaging is very practical and you have the impression of being moisturized all day.

For the face, I have trouble with soap. My skin is very dry after use. For the rest, I like the products.

A little disappointed because I had to change the relay point twice. All in all, though, a decent service.
