Nickel except that I had asked for a delivery in a relay point in sassenage and my package was delivered in saint egreve. So it was more complicated to get it back! But the product is great.

Very good product, the smell of lavender is in the majority. Very easy to apply with fingers or a brush. Generally used as a mask, it makes the skin smooth and soft and reduces the appearance of pimples and allows more easily the disappearance of pimples already present. The time of reception of the parcel was perfectly respected.

Hello, I like bcp products, on the other hand the service after more than disappointing and unprofessional!! When I placed my first order I had a problem with one of the products, so I sent an email and then a phone call and then p'us News or solution !!!!! And for the second order I just received my soap which is full of blow !!!! Be well aware that it is for your products and certainly not for the after sales service whether by mail by phone or on Instagram!!!

The order placed on the 19-05-2006 was delivered within 7 days, a most impressive service. Very good product, several times I buy the goat's milk soap, the small downside is that it dries the skin a little. But the soap + a good moisturizer is a perfect complexion assured. The goat's milk soap helped me get rid of my eczema on my face and my acne is disappearing a little more each day. Thanks pin-up secret ;)
