Very good products, I put 1 star down because the bottle of the make-up remover is not adapted to its contents. It's hard to get the make-up remover out despite shaking and pinching it (it's full, though, so I can't imagine what it'll be like when there's less). A pump system would be a good idea 😉

Very disappointed with the soap.I've been ordering since 2019 and for some time now, the soap is translucent brown and the smell is not pleasant. I would no longer recommend it. What's more, I'd already said so but nothing changes.

I ordered three copies of the oil-free cream and received 3 copies of the goat's milk soap. Although the latter is a very good product, it is not at all what I ordered. My email to warn of this error remains unanswered ..... I have finished my oil-free cream and cannot continue with the new one ..... I am extremely disappointed...

I am really disappointed with the soaps they are different from before it's been a few years since I use it and you feel a big difference to that fact I will no longer order and I strongly advise against them!!!! No more effectiveness !!!

I've been ordering from your site for a few years now, but my parcel cost 46€ and I had to pay 25€ in customs fees. This is independent of your company, I understand, but even though I love your products and find them very effective, if I can't find them in a pharmacy on Reunion Island, I'll have to find another product.
