I couldn't use either the exfoliator or the mask. As soon as I put it on my skin, it burned. I had to take it off. I was scarlet and my skin was burning.

Null after sales service! The package was not prepared correctly and my order was missing a product! I paid for it! But it was a shame to put the blame on the delivery when I made it clear that it was impossible because the box was in perfect condition and the security tape was in perfect condition!

Received on time and in good condition. On the other hand, they made a mistake in the address when sending (Italy instead of France). Had to contact customer service to correct this incomprehensible error. No apologies from them but the package finally arrived

The soap/mask is really good, be careful for pregnant or breastfeeding women because it contains essential oils. The peeling on the other hand is disappointing, unpleasant smell and texture, leaves flakes after 48h. I recommend the soap which keeps its promises.

Hello, the soap that I received recently is not the same as those ordered previously. Indeed it does not make almost any mask effect and its texture is very liquid I do not understand. Usually a single application allowed to have the mask effect very quickly and there it is very liquid and it is darker than usual.

The products are great, my skin is smoother, I have no imperfections and my pores are filled in. However, I'm taking stars off because of the brush: after a week of use, the hairs have all come off.
