The goat milk soap is great. I have been using it for at least 3 years. The turmeric one is the same, I have been using it for over a year and it is fantastic! However, the oil-free cream was a big disappointment. The smell is too strong for me and when I apply it, my eyes turn red (even though I obviously avoid the eye area).

I am satisfied with the soap. Unfortunately, the soap dish is not that good as it is open at the bottom. For traveling, the soap must always be dry; otherwise, the entire toiletry bag gets wet. An additionally closed coaster would be advantageous for transport.

Really bad, I was at home and the delivery was supposedly undeliverable. Then the package was taken to the other side of the city where I had to drive 40 minutes to get it, only to not receive it because my ID was not sufficient as a picture for the kiosk owner. Never again!

I did not receive paid goods. I was at the pickup point with the DPD email and ID. Also within the time frame. The staff was very unfriendly. They were in the wrong store and could not find my package. They wanted my number and did not call me. I showed them everything on my smartphone. Incredible! Never again! I only heard negative experiences about this kiosk at the cathedral. I will not pay again. I have neither goods nor an explanation.

Dear Pin UP Team, unfortunately the shipment has not arrived at my place. It was dropped off at a DPD store; but it seems it is not registered for me there. (I went there once after 3 working days and again after 7, as it was said maybe it has not been delivered yet). For this reason, I also sent an email to the DPD team and you to clarify the issue.
