Really disappointed, I am missing 1 out of 3 items. I've been checking with the post office for 1 week now and no news. Knowing that the package was well closed, it's incredible not to take responsibility and do a minimum to return the service that is due. The customer is really not king. Terribly disappointed!

Very disappointed with the products (hand and foot cream) by scanning the product I realized that it is very badly noted and even 1 product considered as endocrine disruptor prohibited since March 2022 in Europe it is inadmissible! I ask for a refund of my products!

Ordered on february 25th. Package still blocked at the post office on March 9. No refund, no sending of a new order, no commercial gesture. I have to wait 15 working days for the post office to deign to answer. It is therefore the customer who must suffer the consequences. SAV has to be improved.

On the other hand the product does not keep its promises at all, I had an irruption of buttons like I never had before, it's very red buttons super swollen and itchy ... From the first application, red patches, almost burned, and irritation, I renewed the experience twice to give the product a chance, but it was catastrophic and I had the same problem again.
