Hello, I have been a fan of your products for years. But my last delivery was not so good. Poorly packaged products. A very small box for 5 items. My 2 creams folded to the limit of being perforated. And defect on the cap of my scrub, forced to open everything for it to come out. Moreover, I took the secret silhouette soap sublime. Do you have to apply it directly to the skin?
