Unfortunately, the order was not delivered correctly. I had ordered three sets, but only three pieces of goat milk soap arrived. Then I wrote an email to complain about this, and I was asked to get back to them within 24 hours and provide photos. Thank God I still had them. Now I'm curious to see what comes of it when the delivery arrives, but the initial contact was not optimal.

Very unfortunate that the shipping overview and status are only in French. The soap itself smells great and is awesome!

I love the products and I am loyal, but for this order my package was soaked with body scrub that had leaked and there was it everywhere on the other products. After the customer service was very responsive and sent me a scrub for free. Thank you Pinup everything is back to normal. I remain of course loyal to the brand.

I had ordered a set of soap and a soap dish, but instead of the soap dish, I received a brush. I reported the error to customer service. As compensation, I was offered either the resending of the soap dish or a 50% voucher – I chose the voucher. After I specified my desired product for the voucher, I was surprisingly informed that there would now only be a 40% discount. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my inquiry about why the voucher was suddenly reduced. Since there has been no response to my follow-up until today, I now apparently have no solution – neither soap dish nor voucher. The communication was friendly at first, but ultimately disappointing and unreliable. Three stars due to the customer service in the lack of feedback! The products are really great.

Unfortunately, my package never arrived and communication was very difficult. So far, I have not received my money back.

Very satisfactory product, in line with my wishes

The soap is great, my skin feels good. It is versatile and even great for shaving in the shower. Suggestion for improvement: TRAVEL SIZE I would like a smaller size with a suitable soap case for traveling! I'm already considering cutting the soap to be able to take it small and safe on my many trips.

Products are great as always, the only downside is that the goods are not delivered to the front door and always have to be picked up at a station.

Purchase of the oil-free cream. It made me bright red and created sensations of burning (something that had never happened with other creams before). I absolutely do not recommend it, moreover I checked and this cream with various dangerous components is rated 8/100 on Yuka (for those who know). The company refused to refund me despite the effects this cream had on my skin. The only positive point I see is the packaging and design of the cream tube. But anyway, it will end up in the trash.... Be careful.

I am now waiting 7 weeks for my goods (June 27, 2025) that I ordered on May 11, 2025. I specified that it should be delivered to a parcel shop, but I didn't know that this specified business no longer accepts packages. Okay, that can happen, so I took the next possible opportunity to use a MYFLEXBOX on my way home, which I didn't know required a QR code or an 8-digit code according to the parcel service, which I should get from the sender, not from them. So I wrote to the sender again, and they said I wouldn't get it from them either, so I still haven't received my package, and now I am getting a message that I have to pay 4.99€ again because of this. This is customer service; there is nothing more to say about it, especially since I go to work and packages have already gone missing in my building, so I use parcel shops and stations for pickup.

No. Unfortunately, the ordering process and the subsequent issues with the incorrect delivery location by your company have not been satisfactorily resolved.

Package never received

I have not received the product. The product was supposed to be delivered via dpd. I received an email stating that the product should be delivered in 1-2 business days and then for days nothing happened. I had to actively search for the tracking number to find out that the product could not be delivered and was sent back. The reason why the product could not be delivered was not specified. I would have loved to test the product and am very disappointed that I did not receive it. But honestly, I did not expect anything different with dpd shipping. So a new order won't help either. Very unfortunate.
