I really like the products but one should know that customer service is simply non-existent. I have tried multiple times to contact the provider in writing and received no response. Otherwise, I especially love the soap. One more note: the Precieuse cream smells like cinnamon to me. I did not expect that.

Good product, it leaves the skin soft, we'll see in the long term about the promises against brown spots.

The delay was much longer for this last order compared to the previous ones. But it is still very reliable and the products are of good quality. It's sad that my favorite product is no longer marketed, which doesn't stop me from continuing to place my orders.

Very good products

Package not arrived. First it was said that the package could not be delivered, then wrong address. There is no possibility to redeliver the package despite twice confirming the correct address, what I should do. Instead, it is going back and then an employee would contact me. With the previous order, an incomplete package already arrived. I will not order there again and will not recommend it anymore.

The prices are misleading and the promotions are just as much.

The soap should be delivered in a container where it can be stored

I am still waiting for my order, nothing has arrived for me. What am I supposed to rate then??? Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star, as it is not possible otherwise. Normally, it would be minus ten.

Overall happy. I order often. I just have a problem with an oil-free cream that has a grainy appearance and the pump doesn't work well. Other than that, I'm delighted with my products.

I have never received my package

I have a problem that you are delaying sending the package, you don't have this habit and I am really disappointed because the moisturizing creams, the packaging, I can't use it with it is damaged.

The pants are nice, but not like in the pictures, but otherwise everything fits.

Honestly very disappointed... I tried the facial peeling, and I saw absolutely no effect. For me, it's really useless, it didn't bring anything. I do not recommend.

Very complicated to remove after only 2 minutes of application as advised ...

The shipment was sent to the wrong parcel shop. Berlin instead of Pforzheim - even though everything is correctly listed on the delivery note. I immediately contacted support, was repeatedly put off, and received NO SOLUTION. Goods still NOT received. I even contacted the shipping service provider, who stated that there was never any contact from you as the sender and also no information that the package needed to be redirected. This is now going back to the sender as it will not be kept for more than 7 days. Customer service continues to put me off and provides no information. If I could, I would give no stars at all. Goods still NOT RECEIVED. Very disappointing customer experience. I am more than angry and feel not taken seriously.
