I have been a customer of pin-up secret for almost a year. I like the products but I am disappointed with the customer service, I have sent several to report that I was charged by pin-up secret 2 times the sum of 70.85€ for a single package. The service responded by telling me that they were sending my request to the appropriate department. Since then I have not received any information. I would like to be reimbursed as soon as possible for this amount. I would like to be reimbursed as soon as possible. LEGAVRE Maureen.
