Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package. Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the product. I ordered it because of an influencer. I have severe skin problems on my chin. The soap just dries out my skin completely, leaving me feeling very tight. It does nothing more than that, very disappointing!

Products already ordered, very satisfied! Only downside: the packaging for the oil-free cream isn't ideal, as the shape at the end of the bottle doesn't allow you to collect all the product. Packaging closer to that of the precious cream would be (in my opinion) more interesting.
