Used twice, to be seen after several uses. Smells great! Quantities are small considering the rather high price but not much product is useful.

The products are as described, have a pleasant fragrance and are well tolerated on the skin. The simple design of the packaging is also very appealing. Unfortunately, the delivery time was very long.

Slight allergic rash if it remains on the décolleté for longer than 10 minutes.

1st rather good experience, even though my 1st order arrived with the bottle leaking, but I didn't dare claim it.

Shipping is very slow, I still haven't received my order after more than two weeks. That's a shame, especially as I'm going on vacation in two days.

I'm delighted with the products I ordered (soap + mist). The only small hitch was with the 2nd delivery, when the deliveryman took my order to another collection point much further away, without telling me.

The goods are great. It is very annoying that the package is not sent home and you have to pick it up in a store.

Product is very good. Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package. I informed them that I am not mobile, but the customer service was not interested at all, they were rather snippy, therefore product top, customer service flopp

Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the product. I ordered it because of an influencer. I have severe skin problems on my chin. The soap just dries out my skin completely, leaving me feeling very tight. It does nothing more than that, very disappointing!

I have written to the dealer that a soap is missing, he wanted to refund this amount. Nothing has happened to date and no reply since then.
