There is 30% of product missing from the jar of cream I ordered, moreover the packaging is damaged (to offer it is really disappointing). I sent a message to the customer service, in reply I was told that the jars are filled automatically and completely ignored the damaged aspect I had mentioned, asking me to show understanding . Really disappointed by the service and experience.

Having a rather mixed skin, at first I didn't see any difference between before and after. And it's by taking pictures for a before and after that I really saw the results. My skin is uniform, it is less dry, and I have to admit that it really does remove pimples. I use it as a 2nd daily cleanser and as a mask twice a week. It makes the skin less oily too. At first as a mask it tickled me, it was a little uncomfortable waiting for my skin to print the product properly.

I ordered the anti-blemish skin pack, the soap smells great, however it is really ideal for oily to combination skin because it dries the skin but with the oil-free cream it's perfect, the skin is soft, the pores are tightened. I have been using my products for about 2 weeks and my complexion is more even, my pores are less visible, overall I am satisfied. The only downside is the appearance of a few persistent pimples that fade as time goes on.

Not having any acne problem I used the goat's milk soap and the exfoliator for my blackheads (I have a lot of them and nothing works). No evolution on this side... I was disappointed by these so-called miracle products. On the other hand my skin is very soft and much less dry. It "pulls" much less. These are very good products (I don't question the way they work for spots and acne, but for blackheads it didn't work despite my rigorous use).

This is the first time I've ever ordered from pin-up secret! Very fast delivery in Belgium (less than a week). I have been using the goat's milk soap and the precious cream for 2 weeks. My skin is uniform and the marks I had after the pimples have almost disappeared! On the other hand, the soap dries the skin a lot and the cream does not hydrate very well (I have to put 2 layers on my skin so that my face is not tight anymore). Moreover the smell of lavender is very strong. However, I recommend these products 100% in spite of the small negative points! I was able to see a clear result in a week.
