No after-sales service ! Damaged parcels, stolen products, no commercial gesture!! For the exorbitant prices applied it is inadmissible! TO BOYCOTER !!! Products known thanks to all these influences that make the publicity !!! You can find goat's milk soaps at no more than 7e for healthier !

Very expensive soap, very bad delivery, one address, no shop name. Delivery with only a street number in which there are 20 shops, 6 of which ensure the parcels. I had to go everywhere to finally find the right one.

Goat's milk and cream soap without oil ordered twice. The first time it took forever for the package to arrive. Customer service is not responsive. The second time, the quality of the pump through which the cream comes out leaves something to be desired because to get the right amount of cream I have to press for a long time. These are good products but unfortunately if you are not an instagrameuse you are not entitled to the same quality service what a pity! I recommend the products, but only if the people who work at pinup manage the customer side better.

So far I haven't seen any improvement in my skin. To see on the long term. On the other hand disappointed with the customer service. I received my cream without oil and the pump does not work. I sent an email and I was kindly told that they were out of the pump and couldn't send me one but that I just had to cut one end of the pump, that it should work. After doing the test it works every other time. I don't think it's serious !
