You should sell the soap with a packaging because it is not very practical once opened and not very hygienic, otherwise the smell is nice and the soap is effective and not aggressive.

The order arrived well, I had ordered a cream, a soap and an exfoliant. Alas, after only two days of use, I had a lot of small pimples on my face, my skin became very dry (I have a very oily skin), in short, a catastrophe. I contacted the Pinup Secret service (on the plus side, they are very reactive) and I was told that this was completely normal because the soap has the property of bringing out all the impurities in order to eliminate them, but honestly I don't want to continue. However, my sister uses these products and she did not have the same reactions as me. This is why I am only given one star. I think it varies according to skin type.

The site is easy to navigate and the products are well presented. There is always a description of the product and how to use it. On the Instagram page there is also a brief explanation of which product to use first and so on. I like the logo too

Nickel shipment, package OK Goat's milk soap: burns and dries the face the first few days, OK after Peeling: useless, the residues in the hands and wash basin are only residues of the product Precious cream: also burns at first after goat's milk soap, dry skin feeling +++ at first Oil-free cream : pleasant texture I will certainly buy back the goat's milk soap and the precious cream if it keeps improving, but I had to force myself the first days, it was a horror: tightness, redness, pain, dryness... It's starting to get better, we'll see later...

The products look great, smell great and work relatively well on my acne problems. A few small concerns/requests to note: 1. my glass bottle of the oil-free cream broke against the sink while the impact was very, very slight. 2. would it be possible to have containers with larger volumes for the peel and face cream? 3. 3. When will I get a tinted BB cream for the day?

Great product I really recommend it for people who have acne for my part I've tried hundreds of soaps that only make my case worse I've tried the goat milk mask it's just great still some blemishes and some marks on the face but I'll keep on using it
