Good products never had any problems with delivery just one thing that can be a little annoying compared to the price is that I never received the same size of soap once normal and another much smaller one so it's a little frustrating when you pay the same price for the soap but it comes in smaller.

Products a priori good (not yet tested) but packaging is very damaged on receipt, which makes you want less even if the products seem nickels. Damaged/damaged packaging gives an impression of neglected/not new, a pity.

Big problem with the delivery. I had ordered two soaps for Christmas gifts which I received long after I had placed the order early enough and had received an email several days before Christmas indicating that the package had been shipped. I only received the package a few days after Christmas and it was impossible to track the shipment, and the package was delivered to a completely different address than the one I selected when I placed the order. Concerning the product itself, I have only been able to use it once since I received it.
