I put 4 stars because it's a very good shop, all the products I received are in perfect condition and the products really work I'm delighted. However for the delivery it takes several times to receive the package 1 week and a half after the only defect and this is the reason why I do not put 5 stars. It would be necessary to make an improvement on the delivery. But I really recommend this product.

Parcel received on time, 2nd order placed for the precious cream and goat's milk soap. I just think it's a shame that the promo codes are not recalled because I saw them in my spam after I placed my order. Otherwise product top I see a clear improvement?

Very easy to order, fast shipping and fast arrival. I would have put 5 stars if only the delivery was made by La Poste which closes its offices at 6pm and is never open between 12 and 2pm .

I have sensitive skin. And the soap makes me very tense. I thought that by putting on the precious cream it would calm down and unfortunately no! I don't find it moisturizing at all. 40th between the two... I'm disappointed.

Delivery time respected. The product conforms to the description. I use the plastic packaging to protect the soap from dust, I find it a pity that there is no additional product to protect the soap from the impurities of a bathroom or toilet bag. Apart from this detail, the service is at its best.
