Package not received, supposedly lost by the post office ... Customer service incompetent despite several calls and emails 3 weeks I'm waiting for a commercial gesture, it is still not complicated to return a soap! Not very commercial

A decent cream. I was still attached to the oil-free cream in the glass bottle. I don't know if it's the same cream in another packaging because the effect is different.

I've ordered a lot from pin up secret and I've never been disappointed except that the soap was missing from my order so they did what was necessary to send it back to me and I thank them because it was very fast :)
