Customer reviews of Pinup Secret

Very good mask that leaves my skin soft. I love it.

Bad article, and still no response to my return!

The shipment has not arrived until today.

I think it's not suitable for the issue of hormonal acne, the soap is still great but I tried the creams and scrub, I'm not a fan

No change, my creams are not effective, expensive for what it is, I will not order again

The shipment has not arrived.

I would have given more but I'm a bit disappointed, I received my order but with my promo code I was supposed to get a free product which I did not receive in my package, so a bit disappointed

Package never arrived

Very good product

I had to pay additional customs fees.

unfortunately the pump bottle of my ordered cream sans oil does not work, which is very inconvenient.

Good product this goat milk soap (the white one) from Pin Up Secret

Burnt and very red skin. Very disappointed with my purchase

DPD is simply not a good transport company. I still haven't received my goods.

My package was returned to the shop because it could not be delivered at the parcel shop.

Before using your products, my skin was in very good condition, without acne or redness. I have combination skin, only prone to a few discreet comedones on the sides of the nose and the chin, without particular dryness or irritation. During the first use of the "Precious Complexion" soap, which I left on for about a minute, I immediately felt tingling. I then applied the "Glow Booster Secret" soap (with turmeric) for about two minutes, before gently rinsing with water. Shortly after, I noticed significant redness and burning on my face, comparable to a sunburn, as well as a small scratch on my left cheek that bled slightly. These symptoms persisted for several days despite the application of Dexeryl cream to soothe the skin.

Not satisfactory.

The prices are a bit expensive but they are very good products

Products like goat milk soap in 70g are never in stock, I had to pay more for the 120g and yet waited more than 1 month

Great product

One product out of 2 had a defect I can't use the cream properly, the pump doesn't work ...

1 soap missing! 38 euros 1 soap is expensive

I have never received my package

The article is great, but the processing of the order process is not good. The home address is simply not taken over despite being provided.

I ordered the turmeric soap for the first time, zero results, really disappointed

the products burned my skin

Very good products

Allergic reaction in combo of several products

Fast delivery, products matching my expectations. I recommend

The goat milk soap is great. I have been using it for at least 3 years. The turmeric one is the same, I have been using it for over a year and it is fantastic! However, the oil-free cream was a big disappointment. The smell is too strong for me and when I apply it, my eyes turn red (even though I obviously avoid the eye area).

I was delivered to a pickup point that I did not select, 30 minutes from my home, which is a 1-hour round trip by car. No explanation or compensation offered, I will not order from you again.

A well-known influencer who works with Pinup Secret confirmed that the order would be duplicated but I only received one package!!

Very disappointed with my first order. I wrote a message to report a malfunction in my received order and I did not get a response. Not serious.

My goods were allegedly delivered and are not accessible to me.

15 days that I've been waiting for my package....

Unfriendly customer service

I'm very satisfied with the product. It's just too expensive.

For the price, I would have liked the box that goes with the soap.

Too little time to go pick up your package
