Package arrived in very bad condition, fortunately my products did not arrive at all.

I'm really disappointed, because I had high expectations from the products I've heard so much about. Unfortunately I don't see any change, on the contrary my skin is even worse and the precious cream is causing pimples.

The site by itself is very good you have very good products on the other hand between the moment when the order was shipped and the time at which it arrives at my home is extremely long it happened twice to me to be forced to call back because the first time the order had marked shipped but was not sent and the second there were delays apparently much longer it will be your hobbyhorse for the rest

I received the order 7 days after I placed it, and it was on time. We do not even know if there is a delay, a shortage of a product, it happens, but at least let us know.

The parcel was delivered within a few days, but your package was delivered within the stated period, so your logistics is working smoothly. I was skeptical at first, but I was impressed with the quality of the product and the way they worked so well that I decided to place it here.

Appearance of pimples following the application of soap .

Delivery not made at home as indicated but in a relay point located 40min away! Impossible to pick it up due to the reduced track hours (9h-12h) ???

Order placed on the 21st and still nothing! That's rubbish! Not even a mail or a sms it's me who has to phone pin up secret to know where my order is, it's crazy ....

Several orders made so far rather satisfied. Last order recently or an error was made on one of the products. I received a product with an apple scent even though I had ordered the coconut scent. So I contact the customer service who offers me to return the item and send me the voucher or a 50% discount on the product in question. Either take steps on my side or pay again to have the product originally ordered. In view of the unprofessional answers from the customer service my order will be the last one. With all the orders made for several months a simple return of product would have been more appreciated.

I still haven't received my product when I was supposed to receive it the next day.

Very good products but very bad packaging. My soap arrived all dented...

I still haven't had any results after 10 days of treatment but I'm patient because I know that results don't come very quickly like this. Otherwise smell + very pleasant aspect !

I find it too expensive for what it is!

Good quality product and fast delivery. However, during delivery the soap was not properly protected. Bubble wrap but soap dented on all sides. Not great to offer unfortunately...

Fast shipping, however there is no email to confirm the order nor is there a tracking number which worried me a bit at first.

Smell too strong, drying cream, pimples normally absent ... disappointed.

No message to notify me when the package arrives at the drop-off point.

Rather good product my skin is soft and less oily but having a reactive skin and tendency to eczema in the cheeks, I see no improvement on the contrary my cheeks are full of small red pimples. But it's still a good product for the T-zone.

The goat's milk mask dried out my skin a lot, and it didn't work much on my acne.

No email/sms to find out if the package is gone. No way to track the package. No indication of delivery times.

It doesn't have an immediate effect as indicated on the site I use it for about 1 week but I don't see any improvement.

The package arrived safely. However I had asked when I ordered if it was possible to have a small transport bag or a box to take it on holiday/weekend. And I had no return.

When I use it, it gives me pimples.

My daughter has been using the soap and cream for a month and a half now and there is no obvious difference on her pimples, so already the soap is much too expensive for the result. Disappointed by the publicity made around it by the bloggers.

Soap with a pleasant top texture very soft and natural . On the other hand for the face creams very chemical and not very effective against skin problems. Moreover relatively high price

My opinion is very bad I do not talk about the product since I still have not tested it since I still have not received it! I ordered on pin up secret after seeing the ads of all the reality TV stars, the shipping was very fast however they sent my product in another relay point than the one I had initially requested. So I couldn't pick up the package due to my schedule and the relay point's schedule, so the package was returned to them and now they are asking me to wait two weeks to see what they will do to solve the problem! This is nonsense they have my money and the product! Every time I try to find out if they've found a solution they always send me the same email already prepared. For me the solution is simple: either you refund me or send the product back to the address I asked for when I placed my order! A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for me and even if they send me back the product and it works I would never recommend them!!!

Goat's milk soap and precious cream are really great products but the peeling is really bad, there's no other words, I did exactly what it says in relation to the use of the product and yet after rinsing it remains an unpleasant film (like chewing gum that bursts on your face) impossible to remove. It was gone the next day. I absolutely do not recommend it!!

Collect the day before the order is placed. But send more than 10 days later. Inquiry no answer Customer service deplorable
