I think it's mean, because I ordered on 22.10.2024 and only received an email 2 weeks later that part of my order was not available. And I still have to wait at least until probably 15.11.

Unfortunately, the product is not yet effective. Nevertheless, it smells really good. The shipping is a disaster, I paid extra for shipping to my home. The delivery with dpd terrible. Despite the presence and notification of a neighbor, I was allowed to pick up the package in a foil, expensive shipping for nothing paid. Opening hours of the store of course also great to pick up. So good is really different

Customer service, doesn't work for me at all, no accommodation, although the delivery address was given, it was left at the packing station, when I wrote to customer service, they were not at all accommodating, made me aware that I would have to pay shipping costs again if I didn't pick up the package.
