Still haven't gotten my order from the post office very disappointed.

Very good product but unfortunately one of my creams arrived in a thousand pieces. But very reactive service I am waiting for a brand new jar.

Sales department not up to scratch. Box checked by default in a relay point while in his own account he indicated delivery to a specific address . Good damage compared to the quality of the product despite the price.

The soap is great! The cream is not great and the peeling makes me a kind of desquamation of the skin, I leave myself a little time to see the result.

Redness on the face

Soap is great, but precious cream does not moisturize at all.

I received my broken soap in several pieces at the price I would have liked to receive it whole.

The place of delivery was not the one I had chosen. Too bad I lost time and so did my husband.

The Products it gave me more buttons than anything else !!! 16€ for nothing !!!

Parcels in very poor condition and damaged product packaging

Problem of delivery of parcels which following my call was the subject of a new order and then re-delivery.

I have not yet received my package and no one is able to tell me where it is and no one is answering my emails and I want a refund but strangely no one is answering.

The boxes never arrive on time or products are always missing. I won't recommend them anymore. And I strongly advise against it because I am so disappointed. I dare to hope for a commercial gesture from them.

The peel completely burned my skin, even though I applied it for no more than 2 minutes. I am very disappointed with this product! The soap is great, and the cream too

Soap that dries the skin (contains essential oils) but cleanses the skin well.

Very fast delivery, however the deliveryman did not leave any notice in the mailbox. It was therefore difficult for me to retrieve my package later at the post office as I had no number to give so that my package could be identified.

I don't see any particular difference.

I only received 1 product out of 2 ordered and the service tells me that I received both .... I do not recommend

A little disappointed not on the product because I'm just starting to use it, but on the simplicity of sending a bubble wrap soap and basta, an effort with a small card or attention even minimal for the customer would be appreciable if not delivery on time

The first time I used the buttons, it was panic!!! After a lot of treatment they go away little by little. However, the products smell great (I fell in love with the oil-free cream). I would recommend these products to those around me.

Well but I got a little goat soap... it was cut on the draft side... too bad.

The packaging of the products makes you want to try them. The texture and the smell too. - The soap: having acne on the right cheek, the product has not had any effect for the moment. I can't really say for sure, I've been using it for 3 days. - The goat's milk cream is very pleasant to wear: the pimples haven't gone away but the condition of my skin hasn't improved.

Dry skin after use

Soap is too aggressive to the skin. I used it daily and had to stop. It burned my face. Sensitive skin refrain

Softer skin, but still acne and brown spots after four months of use.

the cream gives a sensation of dry skin. the soap is very pleasant

The products are pleasant to use but since I've been using the peel off mask (that's almost two weeks ago) I have more than dry skin on my face, and I'm peeling a lot... as for the non-greasy cream and the goat's milk soap on the other hand, nothing to complain about!

I placed an order on 19/01/2019, we are now on 31/01/2019 and I still haven't received my order yet, I sent an exclamation point about a week ago that I hadn't received a reply from anyone else !!! I feel ripped off, robbed! I don't have my order and I don't have my money! I find this unacceptable! I tried to call the number given on the site, but I have no one on the other end of the line! I am very disappointed! I was looking forward to this order, my pleasure is spoiled!

Hello After multiple exchanges following the return of my order I was not satisfied. I had to pay back the shipment without any commercial gesture. Disappointing

I have used viagra before and tried your generic brand and is the same as the brand name pharmaceuticals. I came to be extremely happy with the product. As soon as I received my package I immediately wanted to try it, I took the pack with the 4 products. I use the soap every day morning and evening with the cream milk. I used the pelling and the oil-free cream once. At first the products look great, now I've been using them for a few days and as I have more and more pimples that have come out, my skin is more fragile I feel. I don't know if this is normal concerning the pimples???? because I had periods when pimples were my obsession and since last summer I got rid of them, and now since using the products they are making a comeback... I will nevertheless continue your care hoping that this is normal and that they will gradually disappear...case to follow.
