effective products. too bad there is no nice packaging and the after-sales service never answers to give advice on use.

I only received 1 product out of 2 ordered and the service tells me that I received both .... I do not recommend

The peel burned my face.

I'm still waiting for my order. I understand you have a big problem with the delivery.

A little disappointed not on the product because I'm just starting to use it, but on the simplicity of sending a bubble wrap soap and basta, an effort with a small card or attention even minimal for the customer would be appreciable if not delivery on time

The first time I used the buttons, it was panic!!! After a lot of treatment they go away little by little. However, the products smell great (I fell in love with the oil-free cream). I would recommend these products to those around me.

Well but I got a little goat soap... it was cut on the draft side... too bad.

The packaging of the products makes you want to try them. The texture and the smell too. - The soap: having acne on the right cheek, the product has not had any effect for the moment. I can't really say for sure, I've been using it for 3 days. - The goat's milk cream is very pleasant to wear: the pimples haven't gone away but the condition of my skin hasn't improved.

Dry skin after use

Soap is too aggressive to the skin. I used it daily and had to stop. It burned my face. Sensitive skin refrain

The products are pleasant to use but since I've been using the peel off mask (that's almost two weeks ago) I have more than dry skin on my face, and I'm peeling a lot... as for the non-greasy cream and the goat's milk soap on the other hand, nothing to complain about!

I placed an order on 19/01/2019, we are now on 31/01/2019 and I still haven't received my order yet, I sent an exclamation point about a week ago that I hadn't received a reply from anyone else !!! I feel ripped off, robbed! I don't have my order and I don't have my money! I find this unacceptable! I tried to call the number given on the site, but I have no one on the other end of the line! I am very disappointed! I was looking forward to this order, my pleasure is spoiled!

Hello After multiple exchanges following the return of my order I was not satisfied. I had to pay back the shipment without any commercial gesture. Disappointing

I have used viagra before and tried your generic brand and is the same as the brand name pharmaceuticals. I came to be extremely happy with the product. As soon as I received my package I immediately wanted to try it, I took the pack with the 4 products. I use the soap every day morning and evening with the cream milk. I used the pelling and the oil-free cream once. At first the products look great, now I've been using them for a few days and as I have more and more pimples that have come out, my skin is more fragile I feel. I don't know if this is normal concerning the pimples???? because I had periods when pimples were my obsession and since last summer I got rid of them, and now since using the products they are making a comeback... I will nevertheless continue your care hoping that this is normal and that they will gradually disappear...case to follow.

Still not received the package after 2 months

Good but the soap is a bit aggressive for my skin, appearance of small pimples because of that ... so I have not observed the promised results for the moment.

I have tested your face pack products and I have side effects, contrary to everything you can promise. After several weeks of use I noticed dry skin and also the appearance of small red pimples and a burning sensation. Very poor quality products

I was expecting better products, given the many product placements on social networks etc the soap is nice but not at all the effects announced and the peeling bof bof

No transparency when it comes to the components of the product (I asked for the INCI list of ingredients by email and I never got an answer) this list should be visible on the site, it is a legal obligation...

Dries out the skin a lot. I don't recommend daily use if you don't have very oily skin. Makes a beautiful skin in spite of everything.

The product looks suitable unfortunately the packaging is not terrible, the bar of soap was damaged on receipt of the package ...

After the use of the gumming the face remains very soft. But once the soap is used, my face pulls me and even when I put the precious cream on, I still have this feeling. Afterwards, my face remains soft to the touch and the skin is smooth, but it is this feeling of stretched skin that bothers me enormously. I don't have the feeling that my face is moisturized but on the contrary, my skin is dry and stretched. I'm still disappointed because I expected to have well hydrated skin.

Cream packages were opened with the jars upside down...

Slightly long delivery time

A delivery that was planned at my home, which finally ended up at a relay point in another city! I contacted the after-sales service who didn't want to know anything about it! No respect even disrespectful!

Totally lame strawberry scrub with the white stuff inside that hurts like hell.... Hygiene should make small boxes at least out of cardboard or boxes that we buy because we really don't know where to put it..... Otherwise the goat's milk mask soap is very good but always the hygiene question is the same. And for the peeling very good but don't do the whole face because it sticks in the face's down... To be done only on the nose or the areas with black fists!

I don't really see the difference.

The delivery took longer than expected, and was not delivered to the right relay point. The soap's great, though. I'll recommend it.

Hello I don't know why my I had a tingling sensation on my face when I applied it so my face was covered in red plaque.

The products are really great! On the other hand I received my package with missing packaging, it lacked protection and the products were walking around in the box ... Disappointed from this point of view is there given the price.

Not as effective as that on the skin, the price I find it very high compared to the quality and effectiveness of the product on the skin.

I find that when I put the precious cream on after the goat's milk soap and then my skin dries directly and it burns a little.

The packaging is torn, everything moves in the package recovering while it is still breakable ... I find that for the price paid, the shipping is really bad...
