I sent my daughter to pick it up with photo ID on her phone, and they refused. By the time I get home I don't know if my package will still be there because there is a delay, big disappointment for a 1st order, I so wanted to try the product on my vacation but too bad! So disappointing experience.

I ordered two goat's milk soaps. Only one soap was in the package. I have not yet received a reply from customer service. The soap has also not been redelivered. This is not acceptable, especially as the soaps are expensive. I hope that someone will get in touch with me!!!!!!
