Hello, the soap that I received recently is not the same as those ordered previously. Indeed it does not make almost any mask effect and its texture is very liquid I do not understand. Usually a single application allowed to have the mask effect very quickly and there it is very liquid and it is darker than usual.

Usually very satisfied with my orders I came across a product where the pump does not work unfortunately I found a solution to use to get the product out anyway but I am a little disappointed I admit it does not remove the quality of your products I reassure you.

No thanks to you, I ordered 2 mists when I wanted 2 creams without oil :/ (packaging quite similar) I do not use the mist because after having tested it, in 3 pchiiit this one does not work any more and sends me water of a blow and that is not pleasant. While the oil I put it for years twice a day. Too bad!

Package never recovered, team of bad faith and unpleasant! I filled out all the paperwork because I found myself with a package that was not intended for me and I returned it to the relay point. After 2 months of fighting with them despite the evidence I have. I still have not received my package or been refunded. Deplorable after sales service, does not keep their promises ... site to flee
