I am happy with the quality of the product but this is the second time I have ordered. Requested a home delivery and I have to go to the post office to pick up my package directly. Not following a missed passage the site pin-up changes itself the place of delivery without warning me. Knowing that I do not have time in my schedule to go to the post office on their opening hours. It's very unpleasant and it pushes me to look for another brand to take over for my skin care for the next order. It's a real shame.

Last order was disappointing. For an important event I was waiting for my products. Error with them, the order arrives incomplete. I ask for a commercial gesture, I would have expected an additional product. "Exceptionally" they made a commercial gesture: a brush. Moué :-(

Hello, Second time I order from Pinup Secret and I am disappointed. The order tracking indicates that the package has been delivered. However, after checking in the mailbox and with the neighbors, I did not receive my package. Having contacted the delivery service, it informs me that they can not do anything and that I must see it with the seller. It is currently in progress with you, I am waiting for a return after having transmitted the documents. I recommended because I was basically satisfied with my first order, the quality of the products...

Error of products at the delivery, unreachable phone service with vocal message saying that it is closed exceptionally, except that it is every day! I received an answer to my complaint 11 days later because I threatened to contact the consumer services because their legal deadline stipulated on their email was not respected and I still do not have the ordered products. Case in progress.... and it's a real shame not to respect a customer who orders regularly!
