Very disappointed! The packaging is "chtip", and the product purchased is also of very poor quality. Shared for now. Out of 3 orders, the first one was pretty good, the second one was a disaster. I never received my package which was sent to a relay 30 km from my home. The only time I was able to go there I was told that it was picked up by someone else. The only time I was able to go there I was told that it was picked up by someone else, but the parcel was finally at the relay, so I wasn't going to drive 60 km again. More than a month to be reimbursed. And the last order very satisfied very fast. The products, I love the soap and the cream without oil but not yet effective enough for my oily skin, I still shine a lot.

I bought this soap because everyone talks about it and it is great for acne. So I tried it when I was in the middle of a crisis and yes it helped the pimples to dry and go away faster but on the other hand it dried and burned my skin especially on my forehead and cheek and I became quite red... so I will only use it some days when I really have a good crisis of pimples but on a daily basis it is too aggressive for my skin.

The soap/mask looks good for drying out blemished areas. However, the packaging/wrapper it comes in is disappointing (no effort made on the packaging, poor quality impression) and upon arrival the soap has a very strong and unpleasant smell (which does not give the impression of coming from natural ingredients).
