I only used it on my chin to test it. After 3 days, big patches of dryness!

I'm putting 3 stars for now as I've just started the range, but so far I really like the products. The shipping and delivery was fast

I had to return my package, at the time of delivery I realized that I was allergic to one of the components.

The pin up secret soap gave me even more pimples,disappointed for the price.

The package was perfect but the delivery took too long.

I bought the products because I have rosacea. After a week, the plaques are more numerous. So I stopped using the soap and the precious cream. I will try again in a few days to see if the sudden appearance of the patches is linked to the use of your products.

Very poorly packaged item for the price! The soap aggresses my skin if I use it as instructed. I would use it sparingly for sensitive skin.

I received my order in time very good product except that the pump of the cream is a little off otherwise impeccable

Frankly, with all the positive reviews I've seen and knowing that I don't have a skin with so many imperfections, I was expecting a minimum of results but after 2 weeks, nothing or even worse, I had to pay more than 50€ to get no results at all.

4 weeks to receive my package with no information or excuses!!!

Package received intact but late. Inside, my day cream empty in its box. It was supposed to be because of the transport, but the cap is not closed. Should have been refunded, I'm still waiting. I will not order again.

An order placed on 22/02 with an acceptance of immediate payment, Pinup secret is committed to shipping within 48 hours the product, it was shipped only from March 2 and the product received only March 6. Customer service contact several times with always the same answer, we are sorry for this exceptional delay and that's all. No compensation, no commercial gesture, nothing at all! This is what happens when we know that our products are of superior quality and that we have a reputation that exceeds the limits, we end up taking advantage of it and no longer have any interest in our customers because we know they will come back no matter what. It's a shame to see that in this time the treatment of the customer is not a priority! Sincerely yours.

Not at all satisfied! I don't have any skin problems but when I started the routine I found myself with dry patches. I was very disappointed with the price. At this price, I am very disappointed!

Soap effective but with my sensitive skin it gives me big burning sensations. I don't like the smell at all. It smells a lot like tea tree.

I put 3 stars, because I think that the products ordered (goat milk soap and gentle exfoliating care) are not suitable for my skin type. After about 1 week of use, my skin has become extremely dry, I have red patches after application and I peel. Maybe it's a mandatory step before adaptation? It's a shame because I like the texture and smell of the products. And the follow-up and the sending of the order nickel!

Delivery could be better. Cardboard a little damaged, luckily the cream doesn't break.
