The website is perfect but the soap has to be stopped my daughter got tons of pimples and I got patches on my face very bad soap

Oil free cream very poorly rated on Yuka, many endocrine disruptors... disappointed considering the price...

I ordered the goat's milk soap and it doesn't take away my pimples but it doesn't add any either. In other words, it does NOTHING

Misleading ad! The soap gave me more pimples than I had! Disappointed!

I have received my order and it is now ready to ship. I have ordered the whole range of products and the mask is missing.

4 weeks to receive my package with no information or excuses!!!

Package received intact but late. Inside, my day cream empty in its box. It was supposed to be because of the transport, but the cap is not closed. Should have been refunded, I'm still waiting. I will not order again.

The quality of the product is really excellent! Nothing to say about it, however a quality of service more than deplorable! An order placed on 22/02 with an acceptance of immediate payment, Pinup secret is committed to shipping within 48 hours the product, it was shipped only from March 2 and the product received only March 6. Customer service contact several times with always the same answer, we are sorry for this exceptional delay and that's all. No compensation, no commercial gesture, nothing at all! This is what happens when we know that our products are of superior quality and that we have a reputation that exceeds the limits, we end up taking advantage of it and no longer have any interest in our customers because we know they will come back no matter what. It's a shame to see that in this time the treatment of the customer is not a priority! Sincerely yours.

Not at all satisfied! I don't have any skin problems but when I started the routine I found myself with dry patches. I was very disappointed with the price. At this price, I am very disappointed!

Soap effective but with my sensitive skin it gives me big burning sensations. I don't like the smell at all. It smells a lot like tea tree.

I put 3 stars, because I think that the products ordered (goat milk soap and gentle exfoliating care) are not suitable for my skin type. After about 1 week of use, my skin has become extremely dry, I have red patches after application and I peel. Maybe it's a mandatory step before adaptation? It's a shame because I like the texture and smell of the products. And the follow-up and the sending of the order nickel!

Delivery could be better. Cardboard a little damaged, luckily the cream doesn't break.

I'm mitigated because my soap arrived broken and crushed. The after-sales service never answered my email, that's why I'm disappointed.

The smell smells bad, I can't stand it, we have to find a solution to improve it.

I've been using the soap for a week now, I don't like the 5out because it stings my face. To cleanse my skin, it's fine for now. To be seen in time.

As far as I'm concerned, the soap did not have any beneficial effects. Soon after I tested it, my skin was stinging and tight. Dry areas appeared at the bottom of my mouth and the edges of my nose. So there you go, I think this product just isn't for me. Bad experience...

Causes pimples to appear, burns the skin...

Very very disappointing... after 1 week of use my face has become very dry, red patches everywhere and the skin is peeling... Really very disappointed with these products... I do not recommend them at all...

Satisfied with the quality of the products. The soap dries out my skin quite a bit but my teenager agrees.

A bottle of skin care was open in my secret pin-up box and leaked everywhere. So I had to wash the box and everything in it and the bottle is no longer full.

I am rather mitigating because the soap is well textured the smell is great but for me it did not make miracles it did not decrease my pimples, and the big negative point is that the soap is already small after 1 month of use morning and evening so it is good otherwise apart from that it is good.

Top product and delivery

I just received the products so I don't have enough perspective on the quality. All in accordance with the visual. Delay in delivery in view of the announced shipping date but very responsive customer service.

The products look good, I haven't seen any improvement yet but I haven't been using it for very long so I'll have to see. The soap is very good, the only drawback is that the gentle exfoliator may be a little too gentle, I don't think it really exfoliates.

Long delivery: 2 weeks but the package is received in full.

The jar of peeling cream was broken and spilled in the box...
