My order was processed 2 weeks after I placed it. With all the advertising they do right and left to get people to come and buy their products, I think it's a shame. The soap is fine but I have had a pimple since I have been using it.

Delivery time much too long

I've been using the knowledge for 10 days, the texture is great (especially when applied with a makeup brush) but I don't see any improvement. It even brought out small pimples on the forehead and bigger ones on the face. To see with time it must be normal

Pleasant odor which remains chemical in view of the composition. Calling itself "natural products". Soap gives small pimples. I ordered the goat's milk soap, I have a lot of skin problems, i.e. a lot of dry patches, I thought it would help me but on the contrary I have skin that feels tight 10 minutes after making the mask and even more dead skin. I don't think it's the product itself but my skin doesn't adhere to much, so just a little disappointed to have given 30 euros for nothing in the end.

I put a star on my hand, because it took off my exema on my hand, apart from the fact that my face reacted badly to the soap.

I received my order quickly even during containment, all products are well explained. For my par I took a box where there was almost everything. But it's true that it's expensive compared to certain quantities, like the oil-free cream that runs out much too quickly. It's ideal for the face, but it doesn't work on the body, even if I put it on, it's still very dehydrated. The goat's milk soap is wonderful, I love it. The mud Basque too. The gentle exfoliating care is the same. But the peeling is useless for me and I'm disappointed by the small quantity.

I had an acne flare-up I've never had before because of this product. I stopped using it, and I only use homemade products now. I don't think this product is for black skin. I believed it because my skin was clearer but in the long run the disaster? my face is horrible now.

I have never received my package I tried to tell pinup secret but at first he did not want to help me because the post office had written that my package had been delivered an order of 89€ almost water so I sent a lot of mail to pinup secret service to ask for a refund of my package which is totally normal given that I never received it today with more dry comments it finally decided to open a dispute a few days ago of that. I sent an email 3 days ago to ask where it was I have no answer from them by ... I do not find it professional at all I can understand that the health situation affects a lot but he is forwarding his customers and I was not followed even if I lose my money in the wind ... now I'm waiting for their return from where it may be and I hope to be reimbursed.

I wanted a refund on 2 products I ordered because I am allergic. I didn't open the products I just read the ingredients on the box and I was refused a refund.

I ordered on April 1st more than 20 days ago and it was in a different mailbox than mine and say that you can order from other sites and receive the items within 24 hours given the price you sell your products I think we should review the shipping method you use I am really disappointed

Satisfied with the product and the delivery time. However, an effort remains to be made on the packaging of your shipments. Considering the prices of your products, a card with a commercial word in a slightly more neat package (other than just the soap put in a bubble envelope without a word) would be appreciated by your customers.

Received very quickly, it's been a month since I started the products, there has been some progress but it's not that yet... I'm still waiting a little if there's any improvement in my skin.
