As a beautician I have tested your product range. The I am at 3 uses and I can't pronounce myself with certainty on the efficiency of the products, but already at first sight I can already say that the texture of the products is at its best, not greasy at all, application and penetration of the product quick and easy and not unpleasant. I tested the goat's milk face soap. It's a great product. However, the brand is misleadingly advertising it. Indeed she proposed for Black Friday, a coupon code to get 40% off the order of her choice and free shipping. If the -40% was applied, the shipping costs were charged to me. The brand didn't want to know anything about it, claiming that I had chosen home delivery and not the post office delivery which was supposedly free. However, if I chose home delivery it is because no delivery option was free. Moreover, the advertisement mentioned "free delivery charges" without any additional details, so no delivery method should have been charged.

I don't know what to say, I think it's still too soon. It's been about 2 weeks since I've been using it and I haven't noticed any changes in my pimples, I feel like I'm getting more of them. It smells great but it dries out the skin a lot so you need a good moisturizer afterwards. My mates have not tightened up any results on this level as well. We all have a different skin and it may not be suitable for my skin. I will continue to use it for a month and we'll see.

Hello, I contacted your after-sales service because my oil-free cream has a malfunction. The dispenser is out of order so it is impossible to use my cream. This is my second order and I am extremely disappointed. I was just asking for a nozzle to make the dispenser work. But I am being asked to return the product. I can't use my cream and I am being asked to take further steps !

After I placed my order I wanted to cancel my order because I had many bad comments about the product. I asked to cancel my order a few minutes after I placed it, but of course my order had already been made and the refund was no longer possible ! Delighted with the delivery time, the packaging is respected. However I am disappointed with the presentation of the oil-free cream. Indeed, it is thick, and it's quite complicated to use it in a bottle because there is no fluidity. I don't question the thickness, because my skin really appreciates the texture, but just the bottle. I think it should be put in a jar because there might be a lot of loss.

The site is very clear, makes you want to but I am disappointed by the products, especially the peeling, which has a smell of glue and "does not exfoliate" at all in my opinion, for the rest I am rather satisfied, this last product would surely not suit me, maybe I had a lot of expectations though ...
