The products are good. I find them pleasant on the skin but the pump of the oil-free cream does not work :-(

The ordering process was unproblematic. Unfortunately, the device is defective / it cannot be charged with the supplied charging cable. The charging pins do not fit exactly together. Furthermore, the product does not come with an invoice or a user manual. Where can I return the device and get my money back? Please let me know soon, thank you.

Package received not conforming to my order. Contact customer service received return label and send a new package exactly corresponding to my order. So the 5 stars are deserved. All this within a very short time.
